CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
A booking fee is required to secure your booking. A tentative booking can be made and will be held for up to two weeks until a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is received to secure your booking.
FINAL NUMBERS
Final numbers are to be confirmed 14 days prior to the function date. You will be liable for full payment for the confirmed number of guests. Any increase in numbers or any further services required outside your wedding package arrangement, will be charged to you accordingly and must be paid in full prior to the function date. Should your final numbers decrease prior to your wedding day no refund will be issued.
Persons offering a professional service engaged by you and who require a meal must be included in your final numbers and will be charged accordingly. You must also decide whether to allocate them a seat at a guest table.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required 14 days prior to your function.
PRICING & MENUS
The prices quoted on our brochure will be held for 6 months, after that all prices will be subject to change.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit may be required prior to the wedding. This will be at the discretion of Faversham Homestead Management.
CANCELLATION
Should there be any reason to cancel your booking, please do so in writing.
